Eggplant Low Carb Pizza

2 eggs
2 tablespoons cream of ricotta or cream cheese
4 tablespoons of Almond Meal Fitnuts
2 tablespoons of Eggplant Powder Fitnuts
Salt to taste
1 spoon (coffee) of yeast

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to medium. Beat the eggs very well, add the ricotta cream, beat again and incorporate the remaining ingredients, leaving the yeast last. Transfer to a greased and Powdered pizza shape. Bake for about 5 minutes. Turn out the dough, distribute the desired filling and return with the pizza to the oven until golden brown.
