Fast Hibiscus Cake Without Gluten

4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of oil
1/2 cup (tea) brown sugar
1 cup (tea) Almond Powder Fitnuts
1 cup (tea) of Hibiscus Powder Fitnuts
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon baking powder

Method of preparation:

Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Spread and fry a form of English cake, pour the dough over it and take to bake in an oven at 180oC for about 35 minutes.
